Privacy Policy

PrintAholics LLC is a Florida limited liability company that makes custom apparel, print, signage, and 3D-printed goods to order. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or place an order, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Questions go to info@shopprintaholics.com.

What we collect

Order information — your name, email address, the items you ordered and the options you chose. If you pick delivery rather than in-person pickup, we also collect the shipping address you enter at checkout.
Files you upload — artwork, logos, and photos you send us to print, engrave, or turn into a lithophane, along with anything you type into the design studio or personalizer.
Messages you send us — quote requests and project enquiries you email us.
Basic usage data — pages viewed and actions taken on the site, which we use to understand what people are interested in and to keep the site working.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe sends us a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the email address and (for delivery orders) the shipping address you gave it. Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use your information

To produce, review, and fulfil your order.
To contact you about an order, a proof, or a quote you asked for.
To notify you about an item you asked to be told about when it's back.
To keep records we're required to keep, such as sales and tax records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Your artwork and photos

Files you upload are used to make the thing you ordered. We keep the production file so we can reprint or reproduce your order; what you see in the browser is a watermarked, preview-resolution proof. We don't license, resell, or publish your artwork. If you want your uploaded files deleted after your order is complete, email us and we'll remove them.

Who we share it with

We share only what a job actually requires, with:

Stripe, to take payment.
Production and shipping partners, when an item is made or delivered by a trade supplier rather than in-house — they receive the artwork and the address needed to make and ship it, and nothing else.
Service providers that host the site and send our order emails.
Authorities, where we're legally required to.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to remember what's in your cart and to keep your session working. These are necessary for the store to function. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Uploaded files are kept so we can reproduce a past order, and deleted on request.

Your choices

Email info@shopprintaholics.comand we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we're required by law to keep.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
