Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from PrintAholics LLC, a Florida limited liability company that makes custom apparel, print, signage, and 3D-printed goods to order. Placing an order means you accept them. Questions go to info@shopprintaholics.com.

1. Orders and pricing

Items in the shop that show a price can be bought online. Most of the catalog is made to order and is quoted instead — you tell us what you need and we send a price. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax, which is applied where required.

We may decline or cancel an order, including after it's placed — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we can't produce the artwork to a standard we're willing to put our name on. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Custom and made-to-order work is paid in full up front — we buy materials and start production against your payment.

Invoiced bulk orders of $500 or more may be placed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the order ships or is collected.

3. Made to order — changes and cancellations

Almost everything we make is produced specifically for you and can't be resold to anyone else. You can change or cancel an order before production starts— email us as soon as possible and we'll refund you if we haven't begun. Once production has started, custom items can't be cancelled and are not returnable for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights where an item arrives faulty — see section 6.

4. Artwork, proofs, and approval

When you send us artwork, a logo, or a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it won't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You agree to cover us for any claim arising from artwork you supplied. We may refuse any job we believe infringes someone's rights.

Where we send a proof, you are responsible for checking it. Once you approve a proof we print what's on it — we can't refund an order because an approved proof contained a typo or the wrong version of a file.

Designs we create for you are yours once the order is paid for. Our own original designs, and the production files we build, remain ours.

5. Delivery and pickup

You can collect an order in person at no charge where we offer pickup, or have it delivered within the US. Delivery is charged per order: $8 for the first item, plus $3for each additional item. You'll see the exact delivery charge in your cart before you pay, and you'll enter a shipping address at checkout.

Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We don't control the carrier, and we're not liable for delays once an order has left us. Risk passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier or collected.

6. Quality, defects, and colour

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, email us within 7 daysof receiving it with photos. We'll reprint it or refund it — our choice — and we may ask for the item back.

Print and 3D work carries normal production variation. Colours vary between screens and physical materials, and between production runs; small differences in placement, trim, and finish are not defects. If exact colour matching matters, tell us before we print.

Some 3D-printed items are sold as decorative and are not food-safe. Where we say so on a product, don't use it with food.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, and don't upload content you have no right to use. We may remove content or refuse service.

8. Warranty and liability

Beyond what's written here and what the law requires of us, the site and our goods are provided as they are, without other warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or a missed event date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
